Believed that is a fat which is excess from the body attached to the body it is common in urban people whose calories are involved in a hot useful form. I like eating fast foods, cold drinks, soft drinks etc. 

Earlier belly fat is seen in only voltage peoples specially in womens that ships to the sleepy and fatty people. But nowadays it is very common for people who eat their food daily by using the fast food, cool drinks and belly fat scenes in various age groups genetics and calories which are consumed by people or not working as human  body needs.

Belly fat is a fat which is surrounded by the best calories or let’s say facts that you have consumed which is not suitable for your body it also depends on the weight of the women. 

Belly fat depends on how many calories are taken and how many calories are burned in the body and genetic implementations. These all factors depend on the daily routine and food habits.

Many women get shock and notice their belly fat is getting fast as the getting holder but their weight is not gaining likely lower level of your body gets fatty the upper body is still as the normal image for this the belly fats body contribute individual to be overweight obsessed Too.

Can belly fat be more than deep to the skin 

Yes there is no trouble with belly fat with it not limited to the upper skin but with the belly fats or more than the consumed above the  surrounding internal organs will lead to damage of the internal organs by covering the fat.

Reducing the belly fat 

There are several ways to reduce belly fat like eating daily food replacing the drinks involved in physical activity et cetera. 

Healthy food 

Healthy food includes the rich minerals and vitamins in the vegetable fruits, eggs , milk etc which includes the high value of protein fibre. Focusing the food chain of fruits and vegetables and the whole grains which gives high protein but less fat. 

Limited food needs high protein that is less processed. I fatty daily products cheese and butter are to be avoided to get lower belly fat.

Yoga daily exercise meditation involves physical activities, gymnast exercise, walking and being joyful . All this activity is a healthy and physical environment in the daily routine work which leads to reducing belly fat day by day. 

Replacement of drinks of sugar which leads to belly fat and the acetic forms of a food. Also suggest drinking high water daily that is around 8 m per day. Drinking water with lemon and garlic will reduce stress and clean the stomach day by day. 

Choosing the right protein we need a right path in reducing belly fat. Protein includes X multivitamin force eggs fruits vegetables fish nuts certain vegetable oils used in cooking etc.
